Can we get an option to view more posts per page?

This would be nice to have if possible. I'm used to viewing at least 50-100 posts per page on other forums - it makes things a lot easier.

It can only be set globally for everyone and really I'm not at all keen on having that many posts per page. For a start it would make load times impossible in things like the images threads. Also in the videos threads you would see hardly any embedded videos on each page, because there is a limit to how many display per page. Again this is a performance/load thing. Trying to show 50 or 100 vids on one page would crash a lot of people browsers and/or connections.

How about 30 posts? Would you consider it if I put it to a poll and there was demand for it?

Honestly no, I wouldn't. Exactly the same problems, which is why it is limited to the current number. Sorry.

ETA: If your connection is fast enough to handle 100 posts per page then really it's fast enough to load a new page. Not everyone is that fortunate.

Ok, since Aziz has sorted the video embedding to cure the overload problem I'm going to up the number of posts per page to 25. That's a 56% increase, which I think is more than enough. Bear in mind that I still want people on slower connections to be able to access any images threads. My sat link has rather variable performance and I know some other people are worse off than I am.
