How did you get to know each other?  Fingers crossed - with a bit of luck, you might be the first COEM wedding.  And I hope we are all invited!

gotta agree there lass, it is addictive and very good comfort/depression food

me and the kid on the other hand tonight are making fried chicken (boneless strips-i hate chicken bones) with cheesy mash and corn on the cob. not very healthy or as impressive or tasty as ribs and pizza but whatever.

i might even post a pic or two if it looks nice.

Out of all of that I would only eat the corn on the cob, although I would be salivating over the cheesy mash and boneless strips lol.  I love food, I just don't really eat it.

thats a shame, or a blessing really. on one hand you dont get to let yourself go, on the other you havent let yourself go!

you probably have a much less fat laden body then me then, I tried stayin in shape years and years ago, it never worked though because i have the willpower of a child, in the end i decided to eat whatever until i was full, its not a great diet but im not obese at least. (although i would like to be thin again-at my age though-not likely!).

Meh, I'm like a yo yo, I bounce between dress sizes from month to month because even if I don't eat a big meal, I still consume way too much bombay mix and nachos etc lol.  Cheesy

However my love hate thing with food is weight related, so it's not really good because of course my kids pick up on the fact that mommy doesn't eat all that much.

Bombay mix and nacho's. You know they mainly carbs? That means they're packed with calories. Your better off munching on nuts or fruit. Better still, start having 3 propper meals a day. You'll feel better too.

You mean bombay mix isn't healthy?  wacko    Cheesy

Oh daaaaamn, I thought the fact that it had dried lentils and chick peas, and peanuts etc made it healthy. Lmao

It's still far less calories than 3 meals a day.  Tongue

I've had breakfast - 3 slices of toast

And a bag of bombay mix at 400 calories a packet, and I only ate half but will nibble on more in boredom.

So easily within my 1000 calories a day limitation.  Afro

I have a date you know, it won;t do to look podgy on the day.  Wink

Do you do any exercise? If your really worried about your diet then with exercising you hit 2 birds with one stone because:

    1) With dieting you burn off energy and fat, so you improve your image

    2) It releases feel good chemicals in the brain

So you will feel better about yourself on 2 counts Smiley

Have 2 pieces of toast with beans instead. Beans are really good for you.

1,000 calories a day? Fine, if you're a comatose dwarf. A moderately active 5'9" woman should be getting double that. You're not dieting. You have anorexia. Tongue

Go see a nutritionist Berbs, you're on a really unhealthy diet atm. You need help before it gets out of hand and has detrimental effects on your body.
