    I've seen this sort of service provided on other boards and have no problem with providing it here. Basically if anyone needs a break from the place because of work or school or just being driven up the wall and wanting to kill someone then we can ban you for a selected period of time if you don't have the self control to stay away when you need to. No stigma attached. Full membership as soon as you're reinstated.

    To save having the staff driven nuts by people changing their minds I'd say a 14 day minimum would be reasonable. Any time after that you can email the staff on admins@councilofexmuslims.com and we'll get your account working again. We might up the minimum time to a month if the forum gets bigger and the workload increases but I think two weeks is ok for now.

    Don't all leave at once or the forum will snuff it and I'll have to drag you all back by some nefarious means. dance

    Current list of absentees:

    Hi, OZ I have very important exam on 19th May and before that I have to submit many applications. My self control would have been better but ban me till 19th May,  Cry

    That is a very good idea mr. osmanthus., Along with that I would also suggest  self restriction with foul language and filthy cartoons., If it doesn't work there is nothing wrong to help friends by banning them for some time..

    So dear osmanthus., I wonder How do we make a new folder in this forum.? I scanned through 14 pages in " Religion and God  Discuss any texts, gods and religions"  at http://www.councilofexmuslims.com/index.php?board=8.0  and non seems to be relevant to discuss Q'uranic text. and  I don't see any folder that has Q'uran.. Surahs.. Ayahs and discussion regarding them.,  Could you please make a folder for  me OR  guide me to a folder that is relevant??  It appears that this forum does need my input..

    Osman I asked you to do this like 3 or 4 months ago, but you rejected and the reason was because I asked, and now your offering self bans. Does everyone automatically have to oppose everything I say? :shakes head:

    Let me see now: the Quran is a religious text. Where might that fit? Religion and God, perhaps?
