I go to the gym and pick up heavy things and slam them to the ground. For those few minutes, I feel that I can conquer the world.
Q. What was the last thing you did that made you feel alive?
Learning how to swim. It's fucking awesome. I'm still not there yet, and have a lot of improvement left. It's rather like being a kid again, learning to ride a bike or something. Just amazing.
