    Islamic
Shari`ah is unique as to caring to sons at the lifetime of their parents and after their death, this is demonstrated in custody, nursing, and expending on sons. Also, it obliged inheritance for them in their parents' estate which reveals how Islam pays attention for sons and their custody to provide a safe welfare life.

Taking inheritance in the Islamic Shari`ah into account, we would find that it is in line with the natural disposition, filiation is the expectation of paternity, and the instinct of possession urges man to work, earn livelihood, excel, and frequently withhold himself from enjoying his wealth to leave it for his sons to enjoy his effort after his death.

Father does all this while pleased and satisfied because the teachings of Islam enjoined on him to provide wealth for his sons to live in dignity and esteem among people.

Islam prescribes the major part in the parents' wealth for sons, it does not distinguish between males and females that it does not keep all estate for males and deprive females from it as practiced in so many legislations worldwide in recent and old times, rather Islam is fair in this regard and denies all kinds of inheritance injustice known in humanity.

    Right of fetus

Jurists unanimously agreed that fetus has the right in estate if two stipulations are met:

1- Actual existence of fetus in his mother's womb at the time of devisor's death. This is can easily be recognized by determining the time of delivery since the devisor's death that is if the mother delivered the baby a month to six months after the death, the minimum period of delivery, then jurists ruled that the baby is worthy of inheritance.

2- The fetus is delivered alive, even if he made one cry, and then died, he/she would be worthy of inheritance. This is the opinion of the majority of scholars. If he/she is born dead, then inheritance is not due, even if the cause of death is a serious offense against the mother.

So long as the fetus is inside the womb, the estate shall not be finally distributed as the fetus gender or number can't yet be identified that is some of the heirs' shares vary according to the gender of the fetus. Accordingly, jurists are unanimously agreed on non-distribution to the estate until time of delivery on condition that the heirs approve it explicitly or implicitly, namely they do not claim it. This is applied to the case when the fetus has no participant heir or even if there such heir but he/she is disinherited. The point of disagreement

among jurists on this topic arises when one of the heirs asks for the distribution of the estate, thus some jurists approve distribution of the estate, others disapproved it, a third view approved distribution to some portion of the estate. The preponderant view is that of the majority of jurists which distributes the prescribed shares whose holders are not affected by any change, because delaying them until delivery would inflict harm upon them without necessity.

.........Islam prescribes the major part in the parents' wealth for sons, it does not distinguish between males and females ............

Major part of wealth goes to males and little part goes to females   and there is no discriminations in it.. STUPID STATEMENT dear akay ..

If a daughter inherits either from her mother or her father, then her share in the inheritance has cases:

1- If the girl is alone, meaning she does not have a brother or sister, then she has half of the inheritance of the deceased. )

2- If there is more than one girl - two girls or more - and there are no male children for the deceased, then they will have two thirds.

3- If she has a branch of a male heir (one or more): her share is half the share of her brother

These shares have been divided by God Almighty, so it is not permissible for anyone to change anything in it, nor to deprive an heir, nor for a non-heir to enter, or for an heir to reduce something from his share,
nor to increase an heir over his legal share. And God knows best, and God bless our Prophet Muhammad .\\\\\\\\\\\\\\

differentiating between men and women in matters of inheritance, and granting the male twice the female share, is not the rule followed in all conditions. In fact God, exalted and exalted, did not say, "As regards your heirs, God commands you to give to the boy a share equal to that of two daughters." but he said, "As far as your children are concerned, God commands you to give the boy a share equal to that of two girls." This is the first clarification about the differentiation between man and woman in matters of inheritance. But what are the rules established in matters of inheritance in the Islamic Shari'a, according to the statutes of the persons concerned, and the interpretation of the texts?

There are only four cases where the woman inherits half of the man's share.
There are eleven scenarios where it happens that the woman inherits a share equivalent to that of the man.
There are fourteen scenarios where the woman inherits more than the man.
There are five scenarios where only the woman has the inheritance.

This means that there are more than thirty scenarios where the share of the inheritance that goes to the woman is equivalent to that of the man, or exceeds him, or that she inherits without sharing. And this in return for four cases where the woman inherits half of the man's share. This represents a case study on the issue of Shari'a inheritance. Anyone who meditates on the revealed texts will know how to identify the real reasons and purposes of this process.

“Don't they meditate on the Quran? Would they have their hearts completely locked? "" Do they never meditate on the Koran? If it emanated from someone other than God, wouldn't they find in it multiple contradictions? ".

Some may believe that Islam wronged daughters concerning inheritance as it prescribed her a share half to her sibling, and they defame the equity of the Islamic legislations based on this false claim, and then they ask for equity between male and female in inheritance which is unfair equity as unanimously agreed upon by Muslim scholars. The wisdom behind this

distribution is clear and fair because Islam made the expenditure mandatory upon males and disburdened females from this.
Female in most cases is at the male expense in Islam, be a mother, wife, daughter, or sister, which is unlike to man who is always charged by expending on family as practiced throughout the different arenas without exception

. Man pays dowry in unlimited amount, he is charged with furnishing home and costs of livelihood. In case of divorce, he pays the period of waiting expenditure and other kinds of expenses. In this regard, sheikh Muhammad 'Abdu in his Tafsir "Al-Manar" stated the following: the wisdom behind making the share of man double to that of woman is that man is charged by expenditure on himself and his wife, so he shall receive two shares, while woman only expends on herself and when she get married her expenditure becomes mandatory on her husband.

Taking into consideration that both Quran and Sunnah have paid much attention to setting the right of woman which has always been wronged and protected her against injustice, it would be clear that such claim is completely untrue and bias to the advantages of the Islamic Shari'ah. Some women may argue that they earn their livelihood or the husband is sick to the extent that he is unable totally or partially to provide the livelihood of the family and thus they seek equality in inheritance is void and null, because such cases are not the major rule but they are exception in societies.
Islam takes into account the nature of both man and woman that it views woman as the shepherd on her house affairs and she shall be responsible for that on the Day of Judgment.

We should be aware that Islam does not view woman as an individual, rather it views her and man as one family composed of two persons who are the basic of the whole society, she inherits one share of her devisor and her husband receives two shares of his devisor, and thus the final outcome is three shares for this family; and her brother receives two shares of her father and his wife receives one share of her devisor so that the final outcome is three shares for this other family, there is equality in inheritance.

This is a normal view as the new families are extension of the expired ones; integration is existent between man and woman in the one family whose integration leads to integration to the whole society. Thus there is ground to separate between man and woman, rather they are one entity essential to the welfare of life on earth.
Based on the aforementioned, it becomes clear that Islam does not view woman from the gender perspective concerning inheritance; rather it views her from the social status perspective and the economic burdens she bears as well.

Some polemicists among Christians, having seen the scale of conversions from Christianity to Islam, got into the idea of propagating false conversions in the opposite direction. It is not a question here of denying this reality, but simply of exposing the false accounts of conversion which circulate on the Internet.
So, in my opinion, this “testimony” should be classified under the rubric of “ignorants pretending to be ex-Muslims”.

There are so many on the internet,

Why are two women witnesses equivalent to only one man?

This question is asked my by many people even by Muslims who don’t have sufficient knowledge about their religion as they consider it as injustice and inequality in Islam concerning woman.

It is not true that two female witnesses are always considered as equal to only one male witness. It is true only certain cases like financial transaction. However, Islam accepts a woman’s testimony as equal to that of a man. In fact, the woman’s testimony can even invalidate the man’s.

The woman’s testimony can even invalidate the man’s. If a man accuses his wife of unchastity, he is required by Quran to swear five times as evidence of the wife is guilt. If the wife denies and swears similarly five times, she is not considered guilty and in either case the marriage is dissolved. God, Almighty, said: “And for those who launch a charge against their spouses, and have (in support) no evidence but their own, their solitary evidence (can be received) if they bear witness four times (with an oath) by God that they are solemnly telling the truth; and the fifth (oath) (should be) that they solemnly invoke the curse of God on themselves if they tell a lie. But it would avert the punishment from the wife, if she bears witness four times (with an oath) By God, that (her husband) is telling a lie; and the fifth (oath) should be that she solemnly invokes the wrath of God on herself if (her accuser) is telling the truth.”(chapter 24: verse 6- 9)

In other cases, women’s testimony is more valid than men. In case of breastfeeding, she is the only one and the more valid to claim that this person is your brother or sister foster. The woman maid is the only who may claim that this boy is the son of certain lady or not. Another example from Prophet Mohammed’s era is the solitary witness of Lady Aisha, prophet’s wife, is a reliable source for many men and women to take Hadiths, the saying of the prophet, as an authentic one. Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) has narrated no less than 2220 Hadiths (the saying of the prophet) which are considered authentic only on her solitary evidence. This is sufficient proof that one witness of a woman can also be accepted.

The Prophets of the Old Testament such as Abraham, Noah and Jonah never preached that God is part of a Trinity, and did not believe in Jesus as their saviour. Their message was simple: there is one God and He alone deserves your worship. It doesn’t make sense that God sent Prophets for thousands of years with the same essential message, and then all of a sudden he says he is in a Trinity and that you must believe in Jesus to be saved.

The truth is that Jesus preached the same message that the Prophets in the Old Testament preached. There is a passage in the Bible which really emphasizes his core message. A man came to Jesus and asked “Which is the first commandment of all?”Jesus answered, “The first of all the commandments is Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one.’’[Mark 12:28-29]. So the greatest commandment, the most important belief according to Jesus is that God is one. If Jesus was God he would have said ‘I am God, worship me’, but he didn’t. He merely repeated a verse from the Old Testament confirming that God is One.If life had no purpose then there would be no need for religion. But God expects certain things of you, this is why he sent books down, to guide you and me.

Death is often a frightening thought, but one that we should not be scared of. When you truly understand death you will no longer have to be scared of it.

When we are able to understand that Allah (SWT) made this Dunya (Arabic for the temporal world) a test for the believers and that this is not our real home; you will truly be able to find peace within your heart. You think that death is scary, but this Dunya is scarier. The reality of this Dunya is that we often excuse our poor behaviour of the neglection of Allah (SWT) due to our worldly responsibilities.

You may be thinking well what will happen after death in Islam . In Islamic tradition, the following is what occurs after an individual passes away. The occurrence is not always as you may expect, and it can strike you at any time whether you like it or not. Allah (SWT) sends his angel Azreal, known as the angel of death, to retrieve the soul from the human. After Allah (SWT) has instructed Azreal (AS) to take your soul, you are then declared dead in the world of the Dunya.

“Allah takes the souls at the time of their death.” 39:42, Holy Quran

After you have died, your family and Muslim community will conduct your Ghusl (full-body ritual purification) and then proceed to your Janazah (funeral prayer) which is a part of the Islamic funeral rituals. After this and many prayers, your body is then buried six-foot underground, alone and by itself.

After some time in your grave, you are then visited by two angels, known as Munkar and Nakir. They are assigned to test the faith of those dead within their graves. When they arrive, they sit you up in your grave and ask you the following: “Who is your Lord? Who is your Prophet? And what is your faith?”.

When this is completed, you have been determined to either rest in peace until the day of judgement or you are severely punished by the angels until Allah (SWT) determines otherwise, until the day of resurrection. You will have now entered the stage of Barzakh, the veil or barrier which stands between two things that are not able to meet. You can easily interpret this stage as a waiting period until the day of judgement, a separation between the living and the hereafter.

“That I might do righteousness in that which I left behind. No! It is only a word he is saying, and behind them is a barrier until the Day they are resurrected.” – (23:100) the Holy Quran.

The stage of Barzakh is a world similar to this world, but different. The treatment and style of living they receive with the inter-space of Barzakh is a reflection of their deeds and actions performed in the Dunya. It is believed that if the individual was a firm and devout servant of Allah (SWT), they are expected to receive many pleasures during this middle stage. If they have committed many sins or are kafirs (disbelievers), they will face a hard time during this stage.

When Allah (SWT) commands this stage to be over, the day of resurrection will arrive and all of Allah's (SWT) creations will be brought before him to be judged.
    Day of Judgement (Qiyamah)

It is not known to man when the day of judgement will occur, however, our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) has told us the signs which will occur in preparation for this day. There are many minor and major signs which will indicate that the time is near. The most well-known of them will be the appearance of the Dajjal (False-Messiah) and the return of Prophet Isa (Jesus) (AS).

The day, which will last 50,000 years, is a day in which Muslims spend their whole lives preparing for. All of mankind will come bearing the book of what they did within their lives; all their sins and good deeds will be judged by the ultimate judge.

The day of resurrection is the final test all of creation will have to face before they reach their final destination for eternity, whether that be hell or heaven. In Islam, we believe that we will all be resurrected according to the way we lived and the way we died. Whether that be in good deeds or sins, Allah (SWT) will bring you back to that state.

We pray that Allah (SWT) makes our journey across the Sirat (bridge) to paradise easy and prevents us from falling into the fires of hell.

You have the opportunity before it is too late to seek the right path

    God says in the Qur'an

    (85) And whoever desires other than Islam as religion - never will it be accepted from him, and he, in the Hereafter, will be among the losers.

Allah says in the Quran what means

    :

{Glory be to Him Who made His servant to go on a night from the Sacred Mosque to the remote mosque of which We have blessed the precincts, so that We may show to him some of Our signs; surely He is the Hearing, the Seeing.} (Al-Israa' 17:1)

There is no doubt that Al-Isra (the night journey) followed by Al-Miraj (the heavenly ascension) was one of the miracles in the life of our Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). According to the most accepted view, it happened on the 27th of Rajab, the seventh month of the Hijri calendar, in the tenth year of Muhammad's prophethood.

It is reported in Hadith literature, that the Messenger of Allah was carried from the Sacred Mosque in Makkah to the "Farthest Mosque" (Al-Masjid al-Aqsa) in Jerusalem on a creature called Al-Buraq in the company of the archangel Gabriel (peace be upon him). There he led a congregational prayer of the prophets of God.

Then Gabriel took him to the heavens where he met the prophets Adam, John, Jesus, Idris, Aaron and Moses (peace be on them all). In the seventh heaven, he met Abraham (peace be on him).

He was then brought to the Divine Presence. The details of this encounter are beautifully detailed in the beginning of surat An-Najm (52).

    Prayer: God-given Gift

During this time, Allah ordered for his nation fifty daily Prayers. But on the Prophet's return, he was told by Prophet Moses (peace be on him) that his followers could not perform fifty Prayers. Thus, he went back and eventually it was reduced to five daily Prayers. After this, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) returned to Makkah on the same night itself.

Therefore, Muslims should be thankful to Allah for this gift. They should take care of it and never neglect it. It is the thing that allows the Muslim to communicate with the creator five times as day.

Time and Space Are Not Bound for Allah

One major lesson of that miraculous event, was that space and time which are bound by laws of nature for humans, are not so bound for Allah. On that night prophet Muhammad bridged time and space and this world, traveling to the heavens by Allah's will.

I believe that for those who study philosophy the abstract as well as the symbolic implications of the event might be very stimulating indeed. The gap between the reality of this life and that of the life to come simply diminished. This is illustrated by the Prophet's encounter with other prophets who were long since dead as far as we normally think of it but who, in reality, live as beings in a different form somewhere else.

The implications of the night journey cannot be overstated. The miraculous nature of the Prophet's journey established his divine-stated legitimacy as the seal of all prophets. Allah brought him to Him to show us his true worth in the sight of Allah.

All religious traditions share the concept of miracles, that is, something that defies logic, nature, or the established constitution and course of things.

We will limit our discussion to legitimate miracles from Allah, which are by definition the only true miracles. When the forces of disbelief are strong, typically the prophetic miracles that oppose them are stronger.

Prophet Moses was given several miracles, which included his staff that turned into a massive snake and culminated in his parting of the Red Sea, as a divine response to the extreme infidelity of Pharaoh.

Similarly, Prophet Jesus was given even the power to raise the dead, in order to establish his legitimacy before the Jews who would ultimately condemn him to death for blasphemy. Nevertheless, his miracles were undeniable by their nature, and it was only the obstinacy and arrogance of the people to whom he was sent that enabled them to deny him.

Muhammad's night journey was obviously not easy for the pagan Makkans to believe. Nevertheless, the Prophet proved it logically by describing the approaching caravans that he overtook on his miraculous return.

Thus, this particular prophetic miracle not only established the Prophet's eminence for Muslims as discussed above, but it also helped to prove his prophethood to the non-believers of his time.

    Celebrating the Event

As far as the Muslims are concerned, there is no particular celebration, fast or prayer to commemorate Al-Isra and Al-Miraj. But in some places, the Muslims themselves have started to have commemorative functions, where the story of the night journey is told in poetry or lectures.

While the Prophet himself did not establish these practices, there are scholars who maintain that gatherings meant to remind the Muslims of the importance of Al-Miraj in the history of Islam, or to remind us of the importance of love for the Prophet and the significance of the city of Jerusalem, are permissible.

Allah says in the Quran what mean

One of the main lessons from this miracle event is that space and time are not subject to the laws of nature for humans.

All religious traditions share the concept of miracles, that is, something that defies logic, nature or established constitution and the course of events.

Allah's legitimate miracles, which are by definition the only true miracles. When the forces of unbelief are strong, the prophetic miracles opposed to them are usually stronger.

The prophet Moses had several miracles, Moses' wand turned into a serpent
    By order of God

By command of God Likewise, the Prophet Jesus even had the power Revive the Dead in order to establish his legitimacy before the Jews who would ultimately condemn him to death. Nevertheless, his miracles were undeniable by their nature, and it was only the stubbornness and arrogance of the people to whom he was sent .

Why marvel at the miracles of the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him!

Miracles that he performed were all done with God's power. Moses did similar things, as did some of the apostles. We don't need to imitate that

allah, the Creator of the wonderful universe,
capable of all something, in earth and in heaven,
if he wants  do something , be so!

    - The miraculous creatures are filled with your holy book, so why object to what is stated in the books of others?

2 Kings 2:11 New International Version (NIV)

11 As they were walking along and talking together, suddenly a chariot of fire and horses of fire appeared and separated the two of them, and Elijah went up to heaven in a whirlwind.
