    neatly dovetails with last two episodes of the latest adam curtis doc. the old right and the new left both benefit from dividing the lower clases along ideoligical lines. the left create many different identities to increase their constituencies of grievance. the right reciprocate by whitewashing history/reality and dissolving their overt bigotry in that acidic rainbow of so-called culture war.

    So I've started on these. I watched episode 2 last night. I also read part of that thread on Spiked and it was very easy to imagine it as an Adam Curtis documentary.

    Downing Street rewrote ‘independent’ report on race, experts claim

    I haven't seen any mention of this from cemb or the cemb twitter feed. I'd hope that indicates a decision not to endorse it. What the people taking part in the video think is another question.
