I watched this video and i agree with the rehabilation metholdy as i am aginst the death penalty as
i find the its serves no perpous after the act is done
.inocents can be killed.
The victims may or may not feel justice after the death penalty
Benifits no one where as rehabilation can.

Also....people lose the fear of punishments like this after a while.....its puinable by death to leave islam yet many in muslim nations still do. Vice verca muslims are willing to die for their faith so if it was death penalty for being muslim there would still be many muslims ready to die for their faith...criminals can have the same level of zeal to.

Psychopaths that cant stop what they are should be instiqunalised and studed and put to good use.ime if there a good carpentar make them ise their craft.

I still belive people should have consquences for there actions....in the UK sending say a person for rape is not that harsh as they can go in and come out early for good behaviour and still be the asshole they where when they get back.

This is because people are put in prison but no attemt is made to rehabiltate or....make appends for what they did. Rehabilation is for the criminals and societies benifit but they still need to do something to right there wrong to the victims or it will seem as the rehabilation based justice system only benifits the criminal.

If they dont rehablitate then they need to contiune to serve the victims or the wider society in some way.

Also...un like Islam...i of course think things like cheating and what two consenting adults do in the bedroom should not be crimnial offences.

My theory may be naive so let me know.....i know places like new zealand and scandinavia have justice systems based some what around my idea

Well...if he is guilty then life imprisonment untill reform or due payment. He should be made to replay society or the victims family in a way that will benefit them and work must be done to make him see what he did was wrong and why. If that falis then the time he spends in life imprissonment should be used to make him better society i.e put him to use....this could also help him learn a thing or two.

No death penality as this will not bring victim back....only make the angery the victims feel go away short term...will only work as a deterant short term and he is no longer a threat in prison.
