    Saudi Arabia have just executed 47 people including Sheikh Nimr al-Nimr which has inflamed tensions in the Middle East. Saudi Arabia also execute gay people and treat women as second class citizens. The way they treat their own citizens is abhorrent, it is not a justice system, it is barbaric.

     Cheesy That'll never happen. These barbaric towelheads were put in power by the British Empire and protected by the yanks. Israel and Saudi Arabia are two religious states that should never have existed.  There are no human rights when the Saudis kill kuffar and Israelis kill goys.  Religious supremacy in action. "Your blood is halal you kuffar! I will kill you in the name of Allah".  "God gave me this land! God chose me! I am special! I can kill you to get it you goys!! This my land! God gave it to me!"

    Doesn't matter if it never happens. If it gets the 100k signatures then they have to discuss it, that is their new rules. And that will be an embarassment for the Saudis.

    Better thing to do is support the people of Saudi  Arabia so it becomes Arabian Democratic Republic and people of Arabia remove the "Saudi" word from Saudi Arabia  and eliminate saud suckers from that land ,,

    The trend seems to make every serious issue on this forum a joke or an opportunity to debate lesser point.

    Most of the Saudi government is corrupt.  Anyone in the government there who is trying to make any changes in that country is only trying to do so very very slowly.  The only way the citizens or guest (slave) workers people of Saudi Arabia have for protest is to die or riot.  Maybe an idea would be to write to some of the princes at the King Faisal Institute.   

    While I am not a UK citizen, I do believe that visitors breaking the law while visiting my country Canada should be prosecuted or expelled and banned.   So all those criminal saudi princes with diplomatic passports, watch out.  But I will treat you just the same as anyone else visiting my country is you are not doing anything bad.

    With 400 signees, I guess this petition never really got off the ground. I'm 'not really sure what it accomplishes even if it was successful?  Huh?

    asbie .,I have no idea how these  petitions work.,and who starts and how they are initiated/activated ., Do you have any idea  asbie??  the problem may be in the petition itself...and the way it is worded

    At 10,000 signatures, government will respond to this petition

    At 100,000 signatures, this petition will be considered for debate in Parliament

    So, it seems like there's not really much of a guarantee of action even if a petition is "successful". Rather like whitehouse.gov then. Shame.
