     OP - January 07, 2016, 03:22 PM

I am an automation instruments specialist/ designer, also have been guiding many students around here, were seeking asylum in Canada or wherever needs my expertise. Just because of having a different point of view in islam, they consider me an infidel. I have been declared out of Islam and being a christian by the religious authorities but the high court did not allow me leaving Islam legally. Although I have the expertise that most people don't, but it did not help much. Those with high supreme in islamic views blatantly using sharia law to squeeze every penny I earn in my pocket even my own spending money. My retirement savings fund had also been confiscated. I lived in death threats, oppression and suffering of life for years. Now I've turned up my outlooks and started looking out in finding the place where I could be, just to live my life in peace.

And if I understood properly you tried to convert to Christianity but it wasn't allowed?

Have you tried to seek for asylum at the Canadian embassy?

No, not really, In my past, I have worked with L&T LCC as a quality control engineer. I befriended of many non-Muslims, including Christians, and that's the reason why they accused me for being a Christianity. Did you know that a Muslim (like me) are not allowed or can not be friends with non-Muslims?

Now I am alone. The family had cast me.

I just don't know how to seek for asylum. My humble please help me..

I'm not expert in this matter, I just heard that Canada is more open to those who are persecuted like you. And you have proves, so I guess you can make a case from this.

Yes, I have everything documented. The way how they make my life miserable and neglected. The way how the sharia law were used in confiscating my retirement savings fund. The way how the sharia law were used to squeeze every penny that I have.

I keep my life going by hiding like a criminal, just to live survive. and even though I have lived in poverty, they just keep hunting me.. seeking and forcing me by using the Shari'a law for my pocket money, even for my the only today lunch money.. what the hell with this religious zealot???

They implementing sharia law to cause my life difficult and prolonged suffering.

All this happened after I was declared kaffir/renegade and being a christian by the religious authorities.

I need some help here. I know there are people like me here, and there are a lot of former Muslims who have moved and/or taken out by the various organizations. For some whom not .. they stay low and remain silence for their own safety until some period to move out of here, of cause.. you probably know what consequences you may face if you once 'kaffir'?   you will encounter what I face now, they seize my property, hinder and suppress my work, monitoring my bank account. seeking where do I live and watching my movement,

I have expertise in engineering, which I may used it as an admission ticket to any organization that could help taken me out. My situation here is now getting worse, Is there anyone here I can meet up?.

I really don't know if a special organization like that exist, but if I were you I'd arrange my own escape plans. Don't rely on other people to help you, apply asylum yourself.

Maybe just try to apply for a job, if you're accepted you'll get work visa for a while.

there are a few Malaysian discussion groups on facebook that may be of use to you, that is, if they are safe to use, perhaps you could private message someone there:

I'm really sorry that it seems your post isn't taken seriously. (Nobody welcomes or comments).

To answer you, the goal of this forum (seems to be) to help exmuslims emotionally. This is a place to rant about ex-muslim problems, but I don't think this forum is big enough to help with refugee process.

I don't have any knowledge in refugee process, what I know is just to apply jobs overseas and live there. Wait some years and apply residency. If you're an engineer you should be able to get jobs because you're a highly qualified immigrant. If I were you I'd start looking for engineering jobs in US/UK/Singapore/Aus because you can speak English well.

What you mentioned above is what happened exactly to me.
Last year I was at London and I consulted a Muslim lawyer about my asylum and my suspicions about Islam.
His advice was to keep silent and keep my head down and bring up my children.
He added that the UK authorities will deny your asylum case and send you back to Egypt where you face death for leaving Islam and disgrace for your family so keep silent.
I was afraid and followed his advice blindly but what was the result !!!

You can't live with and disagreement with others. No body will accept your opinions.
Some will insult you in front of you and some will talk badly about you and describe you as KAFFIR.
My practical advice is to try to get a visa to the UK or the USA or Europe.
Get the visa and fly to these countries where may be there is a chance of good future.

Thanks for such info, appreciate that. Thank You!

I have an urgent situation here. I’ve been hunted down by a group of freaky monster, bred by local authorities to dragged me into syaria court for further action (inhuman and uncivilized punishment).

In my place, Sharia law is often used and/or took place by people who are worthless and immoral for the purpose of repression, not for defenses or any form of justice actually. Even though, if someone stated that there have any sort of "justice", in fact.. it's just another dirty politics scum.

As in a whole of my life going through..  I have not even met any single muslims who are really pure in humanitarian values and/or have at least having some good life moral/deed in theirs.. in short .. Therefore my quote for that..
[Why would I need a compass when I do know the path that led me astray?..]

The way they done to me.. the more they harm me.., has encouraged me to read, examine, review and investigate, by started to read the book (prefer not to mention) in a language I understand in which has brought me to a lot of hadith books.

I nor meant to challenge or has any intent to insult any people or religion but according to my research that has been/was carried out.. in search of the truth, which I has finally found eventually the truth, the moral behind the scenes.

As you said 'Kaffir'.. Yep, once/If you have been declared an apostate.. by individual or groups or community or authorities.. you know what does it meant .. they may or at will able to steal your belonging even your blood are also halal too.. for that reason I say 'There are no peace, but violent'

    Welcome :-)

Is there something else going on?  Because you are skilled are there mafia type organisations who expect you to pay equivalents to protection money?  It sounds like as others have said, apply for work elsewhere and get a work visa.

Not sure what it is about your post that made me wonder if yours is actually a religious issue or is it a criminal matter, but this type of confusion and exploitation you are experiencing is illustrated by the experience of waria.

Anyone who is somehow "other" by for example like you being skilled and thoughtful can get very badly treated.  The "deviants" also create fascinating solutions!

    My Dear Moi,

Thank You on your views as respected.

    In replying you,,

I do not know where to start this kinda 'a long story' to tell ya, but I try to make it short with a starting point and hope you can understand. Also.. I can not describe here in full detail as it may risked my life at stake.

    For questions you have on...

Yes, many things have happened and is happening today. Skills ..? helpful when its comes to career, but no longer applied in dealing this kind of persecution. Likely to say that yes,.. I am now being squeezed by a kinda 'mafia-type organizations' under sharia law. For sure, they're engaging the Sharia law against me even I has been declared an apostate by Islamic officials last few years. I've been forced to pay money to a group of zealot since then. This situation has prompted me to seek help from non-governmental organizations, including applying for assistance and protection from the unity of the local Church, but they could not help much because of my identity card still displaying 'ISLAM'. There have also been an obstacle in some terms rules by the Syaria Authorities stated that would impose severe penalties upon the members of any Church if they do so, they will be imprisoned on charges of making Muslims into apostates, even though they are not. I believe many our local people know these things. So .. my religious status are now ex-Muslims (by the communities), but was a muslim by the syaria law. So consider any legal action by the law, still apply against me. To obtain an exemption, (or to live safely and happiness in most conditions), one must formally renounce Islam by means of the official declaration of sharia high court alone, the only way a person can get an exemption from continuous living in oppression by any Sharia law. Unfortunately, the Syaria High Court has set rules that do not allow (prohibit and/or disallow) anyone who born muslim (including me) to leave Islam (legally) and will impose heavy penalties.

    Answering your questions ..

I've never done any criminal offense.. alcohol, drugs and other crimes.. I have never been charged for any crime. What is happening to me right now is that between me and local Islamic authorities. That the ‘sharia law’ which has been used against my expression, thought and beliefs unreasonably, without being given a chance, and denied the right to a defense.

So… what’s that the next ‘fascinating solutions’?

It appears that the Malay government has gone full bonkers. I mean they have always been pro-Islam for as long as I know them, but dear god that much bullying just for apostates?

Dude what's preventing you from migrating to Singapore? Or just run to Indonesia? They have no authority outside. Run to Philippines or something.

Pretend to go full muslim again, say you want to go hajj and go somewhere else.

    Dear Helaine,

    It has long begun.
It all began when the influence of Arabia began to set foot in the land of Malacca Sultanate era at about 1511 ago.
Pattern and practice of Islam here has been mixed with cultural and political gain.
Although that majority claims that was sunni sect, actually if you look more closely you will find many contradictions.
As a simple example, you can compare how the Muslims here and the Muslims of Arabian land dressed, the use of music and etc..   + You may have heard the term of 'Double Standard'..? guess you know what I meant..

    So, in answering your doubts..
but let me first asking you..
by assuming you were in my shoes…

    Say...
You are a person who has been declared an apostate, because of that,,, you also openly accused of having a brain disease (which is probably dangerous and cannot be trusted).
Your dignity, your reputation and yourself has had ruin and shunned by everyone ..
Your job is blocked, your life savings confiscated, your movement are watched and hunted.. you also do not get the rights of the defense in terms of the law. How do you would managing your time for job?  And How can you save money? (under the bed?)

At the end... how much time do you have to work and to collect enough money before you can flees?

So .. what would you feel and looks like when you've been in the color of my shoes and what would you do?

I have not seen any recent threads and I wondered how you have been doing.

What are you planning to do about your situation? Have you thought about leaving the country or moving somewhere else to in Malaysia? And is there anything the community here could do for you?

    Hello Ipa,

    Still around, (on this net)..

Can't tell you much but its remains the same as before, still unchanged. What I do now is trying to get as much money as need before I can move out from here. It’s seems to be not good and not even a wise idea to choose to live in such situation.

Community-here? Not much, but there are ‘something’ has had turned up.. and I prefer to be grateful since some good ideas by some folks here. I appreciate that!. Even though my intent was to find ones or any community which able to bring/help me out from this sick hell, to the place where life can be more meaningful to live on, finding an opportunity and build a career, finding someone truthful to live with and raise a families, contribute to the society and feel the presence was appreciated.

Keep looking more resources if there has any..

Canada is one of my destination. Whatever it is..  I prefer to go to places where my existence are welcome and appreciated by the locals.  Places where there are agricultural activities, research & development can be carried out, where my skills can be used to benefit the locals.

Sometimes we need a hand to pull us out, so that pain can be ended sooner.  But life is not as always as easy as we thought.. Sometimes life becomes even harder and more painful. The most important part of life is that we have to bring goodness to be better, safer and more meaningful, free from oppression and persecution of religious extremism.

That's one of the causes of my existence on this earth.

Thanking you in advance, my appreciation for such kindness.

I heard that the Russian government seems to welcome HQS (Highly Qualified Specialist).
    http://www.hg.org/article.asp?id=23692

I am now looking for any qualified agency for me to get a job there. Hope this time for real. This is important as I have previously three times been cheated with fake job offers that ask for a front-desk visa process fee and eventually I realized it was a scam.

My hopes here, that I will meet people who are kind and honest. And I will never forget the kindness that given to me. Shall I'll return the favor once I got better out there. This is me.. a man of my word.

Now looking for suitable job offer from an employer around Kharkov, Ukraine and all over Russia.

AGEO, having just read your story and the way you have been treated by the Malay government and their henchmen, I must say I'm very sorry to hear what's happened to you. I'm no asylum expert so unfortunately I can't be of any help to you in that respect. On the other hand I find your desire to help and contribute to others, in spite of the hardships you've suffered to be incredibly inspiring. I truly wish you the best in finding the right place and the appreciation that you deserve, and I do selfishly hope that you will stick around the forum at least some time, because I for one feel honored by your presence here.

    Dear Asbie,

It's an honored in meeting you here.

I was a descent of Portuguese and Malay, was born muslim and orphan to a lonesome muslim grandma. This is seems to be the most precious time of my life since I truly feel living in a world full of happiness until that beloved grand’ma’ were paralyzed due to aged. At my ages of 8, I was taken custody to another muslim family. I was taught to hatred to those kaffir who are mostly chinese and indians and those whose not in the same fur as inferior creatures. I even encouraged to steal the belongings of those in the name of GOD, but nobody comes to answer me in proper manner why would I have to steal from those kaffir. Hence… I can not aligned myself with many of the teaching that I was obliged which is contrary to my inner spiritual aura. I do believes that peoples should be treated fairly and justly not because of their religious, ethnic or what ever they are made from. At my ages of 14, I managed to move out and stay with colleagues from various nations and culture. So as life going through and aged, so does the experiences and thoughts grows too.

I was a refugee in my own country. I use to always moving from one place to another place and has not stayed longer at one place to avoid of getting catch by the muzies authorities.  I'll stick around on this net only if I had a chance within proper safe situations.

My solemn and honored by your presence here too.

    Regards,
     thnkyu
