    London has some very cool conventions (although this Star Trek one was actually pretty bad). I will be doing another one next summer at London Film and Comic con. I went to it this year and it was fantastic! Met my favourite actor, so awesome!

    So, if anyone wants to geek out with me (I'm looking at you Berbs  Wink ), let me know. It would be a great get together!

    Yes, thanks. The Japanese make a huge fuss of typhoons,, which seldom amount to much.

    But the volcanic eruption the other day was something else. 50-odd dead, and a strange beauty.

    I have a mate flying in from the states and confusedagno (now purelyatheist) is flying in around the same time, so it works out. Good excuse to party.
