    So this is something that has occurred before, but I expected the problem to stop after the upgrade. Sometimes when I post in a thread, a page "internal server" that I've had problems with before. I refresh the page, and then I am redirected to the forum where it says that I'm not able to post in that particular thread. It happens now and then for no apparent reason, and it happened now in the "random thought" thread.

    Doesn't help. Tried that, and to refresh page but then it just says I can't post in that particular thread. This was an issue sinve before. Once I couldn't post a new thread, internal server page kept on popping up.

    Not sure what the problem is for you cornflower,  maybe when one of the admins sees this they can help.  Please bear with us in the meantime.   Smiley

    Hi Cornflower. We are aware of this issue that comes up sporadically, and we are working on identifying the underlying problem and fixing it. It's happened to me too.

    In the meantime, when it happens, I usually have to close the tab I was trying to post in and open the forum/thread in a new tab and re-post. That usually works.

    I'll keep you posted on developments on this too.

    Since the upgrade my "new posts" page doesnt refresh and still keeps the old post there.. Its not a big problem for me, might just be my phone glitching

    If he has cleared his browser's cache and cookies and this is still showing up, he should try a different ISP (at a coffee shop or something), as it looks like whoever is his ISP hasn't got an updated DNS yet.

    he could log in from a computer away from home but still has the problems at home. Weird. Any other suggestions? Or take it up with ISP?

    It's worth having him try clearing his cache/cookies again, since he did it last week but maybe it was before his ISP got the DNS propagation.

    Not connected with upgrade, but thought it didn't need a new thread of its own. Recently, "unread posts" don't show up. It says there are no new posts since my last visit, but when I skim through the forum there's a bunch of them. Didn't have this problem until recently.
