    Is this the best way to contact you? Researching polygamy for an independent film. Can I put a post out asking if anyone's been affected by it?

    This is as good as any other way to contact us.

    We appreciate your interest in the forum, however you must understand that the safety and privacy of our fellow forum members is primordial to us, and we simply can't allow them to be put in harm's way if we can help it.

    What you are asking is a bit tricky, because of course members could share their experiences with you for your film, but they need the assurance that the information will not be used against them.

    Before we allow you to make a thread about your request, we're going to need a bit more info than that. Where are you from? Who is producing this film? Who is financing it? Give us links to official websites and proof that you are indeed part of a legitimate organization that we can contact on your behalf.

    I hope you understand that this is all necessary.

    I've sent admins details about who I am my email. This is a student film. I can show you student ID, can send it via email.
