    I fail to follow how the link you provided follows on from the comment about Nesserrinn that you made. But I won't ask you to explain, because I know you well enough to understand that, at best, I shall only end up further from clarity if you explained; and at worst, I will end up being caught up within an eternal and paradoxical loop within my head, that promises elucidation, but offers only more confusing YouTube snippets, along with a constant stream of bold and underlined letters, as well as an ever so slight sprinkling of humour that is just slightly beyond my ability to grasp.

    Thus we are left with the Urdu problem. My justified outrage in my early days on the forum produced some tangible results including support from otherwise unreasonable Os.

    Time went on and the shady elements on the forum lost fear for lack of punishment and clearly stated official policy on how to deal with the problem. The forum is a mess once again.

    What to do? How to fix things? I asked this myself every day. After a prolonged soul searching I decided to abandon my righteous jihad (crusade) against Urdu, instead I decided to learn the silly language and then pollute/adorn each English thread with it too.

    I know you will judge me for not sticking to my beliefs but not being able to change and not being able to realize what one can change can cost one dearly. I don't want to end up like the dinosaurs, brothers and sisters.

    Firstly, I'd like to apologise for this comment. I swear Alex was a bad influence on me Yeez, and I seemed to have joined his bully gang, and you seem to have been one of our victims. I totally get you really, and think you are a wonderful, intelligent, caring and humorous person. A little frazzled at times, but hey, no one is prefect.

    Alex led me astray. But to be honest, I love him, and I would follow him to Russian Jihad if only he asked me.  So, given the same choices, I would probably post this again. But that doesn't mean I'm not sorry mate.

    Lol , what do you think of my MathJax skills?

    It has taken a while to pick up the Tex language but it has been fun. I can now create Pdf documents full of equations,formulae,superscripts... at my own discretion.

    You were talking about decreasing marginal utility. In microeconomics. when we are discussing decreasing returns, it's with reference to multiple inputs hence X_1 and X_2. If we are talking about diminishing returns then it is with reference to just one input, i.e. X.

    I used the example of a cobb douglas function because it's generally well behaved.

    We can derive the following results:

    (i) Constant returns to scale where exponents a+B=1
    (ii) Increasing returns to scale where a+B>1
    (iii) Decreasing returns to scale where a+B<1

    I chose to model the third case by way of an example. The partial differentiation was not necessary, but it confirms why the above results hold true. Also, I was and am still bored.

    Anyways, let's take a look at your redefinitions. For instance, let's look at my (i) against your (i) by way of a  counterexample:

    a+B=1 (i)

    a=B (ii)

    The only way to reconcile (ii) with (i) is to assume that a and B are always 0.5, which is just not the case. For instance, a=0.4, B=0.6 satisfies a+b=1 whilst it contradicts a=B.

    There is an argument for a=B, but it's a=B=1 and it's an Austrian argument from dimensional analysis which I haven't bothered to look into. I can only understand those Austrian fuckers when I'm not sober.
