Debbie Danbrook that I use all the time for Tai Chi and mental warm-up before a martial arts session.
The Spirit of Shakuhachi: Shakuhachi and Harmonics. It sounds fucking amazing on a good sound system. Here's one track off of it:

I feel a real resonance and fullsomeness, with the sound being so organic it becomes part of the meditation experience. Some of the folksy, traditional stuff is a little too intricate and distracting for my peace of mind. That CD is clean, minimal and soothing. Though I do occasionally put a bit of Japanese classical on too:
