It's done nothing remarkable, all you've done is starved your body and lost almost all of your muscle mass. You still have a fair amount of fat stored in, so much for "mobilising" it. I sincerely hope that you don't start diluting your food in water to make it more potent and nutritious.

Yes, eating less and only aproved food is one of the factor, and there is absolutely no way I could've done without drops. It does keep hunger in control, and body does not go in starvation mode. May be you would like to learn more science about starvation mode. Why don't you Google it.

And yes, I still have plenty of fat left, which I might plan to loose in next round.

Would you like to explain how it keeps the body from triggering the starvation response and saving all the fat in the body and eating up lean muscle? It kind of contradicts with what we see in the picture. Most of your "weight loss" is actually due to muscle loss rather than fat loss, you still have most of that fat, and the only reason for that is your body went into starvation mode which means it starts to use up muscle tissue for energy rather than just the fat. If you were to strip of all the fat from your body at the moment you'd look something like this

I also hope that you wish to sustain this diet forever because as soon as you stop, you'll start gaining weight again.

If your only claim is that it kept you from feeling hungry, that's just a placebo effect, nothing more...unless you prove otherwise.

Yes, I am very happy. Thanks. I have tried exercise for last 3 years. Never worked.

Just FYI: muddy has photoshop the before picture to prove his point or on occasion of April the 1st... I have seen the guy in shorts and tight shirt last summer and he looked closer to the after shot. Ameen.
