    hi people,

I'm kinda noob here, I have questions

    2-where I should post it
3-are there seniority on posting topic or site that I shouldn't post my topic.

    thanks for helping me.

    Hi paranoid.

Well..... you already know the answer to the first question as you posted a new topic here. Grin

Where you post it depends on what it's about.  Look for the appropriate place but don't worry if you get it wrong, one of us mods will move it to the right place.  yes

Not sure what you mean by the last question though, can you explain that one more clearly please?   Huh?

oh this post, I use the help link provided by Mr Osmanthus in his welcoming letter

and the seniority  thing maybe I'm a bit delusional really shouldn't ask that question, but I did notice some member with restricted status, I  bet they can't post topic as they please.

as for the site, maybe I choose the wrong word, maybe it should be section.

this is really the second forum I have joined up, the first one is xda developer forum they have some kind of Dev section that noobs supposed to stay out of,

so regarding your answer then I can post topic anywhere ,using my common sense, did I get it right.

Ok well if you see a "New Topic" button in any section you're in then you can take it that you should be able to start a new topic in there.  Afro

Indeed restricted members aren't allowed to post where they please, basically it's just in a topic they themselves have already started.

Go ahead and post yourself a new topic somewhere paranoid.  grin12

You can only start a new topic from one of the topic index pages (like Questions? Problems? Suggestions? or Introductions.

The New Topic button is at the top and bottom of each index page, along with the other buttons (New Poll, Notify, etc).
