    I was reading one discussion in Bosnian forum about Kurdish language.Someone wrote -I f I was a Kurd, I would never speak Kurdish, I would rather speak  the language of our beloved Mohhamed saws.....

    So, basically you admitt that Arabs are God's chosen people Huh?

    Anwar Shaikh [1928-2006] From England wrote series articles  on that subject of "Arab Nationalism is another name for Islam" to those who  follow  Prophet of Islam and his religious edicts. this link Islam, the Self-Perpetuating Tool of Arab Imperialism by Anwar Sheikh is good one to read on that subject.

    Any way what these hard core Muhammad following Idiots will do is generate more hate towards those Muslims who never understood Islam and never followed Islam except for its rituals  as you see in the tube below from a German lady..

    ^This. An example is that my Dad looks more like your average Eritrean/Somalian guy but is supposedly considered as 'Arab' as my Egyptian mum, just because he speaks the language. Anyway Arab is an ethnicity which spans a broad range of people, just like Latina/Latino.

    But yeah I've noted that some Arabs, especially gulf Arabs (Saudis in particular) tend to have that 'chosen ones' way of thinking and look at all other Muslims as people who merely 'adopted' their religion. Personally, I refuse to label myself as an 'Arab', or anything else for that matter. I speak the language, yes but I don't identify with any particular aspect of it, save for Koshari and Shisha.

    Shisha/Hookah is a water pipe type of thing with fruit flavored tobacco. Fun to do with a group of friends before a night out (esp at Edgware Road, London):

    Oh I see I knew that as hookah smoking., That is well known to  me..  That Shisha word confused me.. Shisha is called Glass in our neck of the world., I guess it is same there also., .. It is also Bottle for guy like me who drinks bottled beer

     That Sheesha which is also called as Hukka as mentioned by Rendezvous  comes from Persian/Indian subcontinental Pakistan/Afghanistan) borders ., It is nothing to do with Arabians of that time.. The word Sheesha it self comes from that area

    My Arabness has very little to do with genetics. I couldn't care less if my great-grandparents were Polish. I'm an Arab.

    Islam on the surface is an Arab religion; you have to - at least advised to-  adopt its language, customs, dress code and visit their countries for pilgrimage. Why bother imitating a backward culture that hinders social and economic progress? Of course that's if you're not coerced by the threat of Hell or the promise of Heaven? Where I suspect Arabic will be the lingua franca in the afterlife.

    ^ Agree. Concept of 'race' is a man-made strategy to 'label' and 'group' people, just like religion. People in general like to feel a sense of 'belonging'. I gave up identifying with any 'race' a long time ago because there's only one race and that's the human race. And in saying that, I mean no offence to any other life forms that may be reading this.

    Well they might be ok with calling them Arabs, but let's say one of them wants to marry the "pure" Arabs daughter or son. Then they get all iffy about it -_-

    And the who are all the Arabs I know.
