it was a completely made up story. it's satire. the london school of ergonimics was supposed to be a hint.

the author has admitted it too

before i went any further. Cuz I would have been LMAO as soon

And more to the point.. What is a palaeontologist doing in a school of ergonomics anyway? A school based on the designing of efficient furniture or tools is hardly a place for studying ancient life...

HAHAHA this thread made me giggle!

I commend you on your patience, I've had similar arguments with Muslims myself. My fave one was about the Qur'anic embryology- some girl who had no science background at all spent two weeks trying to convince me that sperm was made somewhere in the thorax and then transported to the testicles, and that cartilage and bone are the same thing, and that the terms of physiology I was describing to her "didn't exist".

Honestly, it worries me that there are such stupid people in the world.

I had a 19 page conversation with a bunch of dumb atheists that thought the earth came from a different big bang then the rest of the heavens. Either that or they thought the Qur'an said it did.
