Whats up with translation demands?

There is hardly any discussion here. But the ones that happen, usually is filled with translation demands. Whats up with that?

LOL were you referring to me muddy? If you were well... I've wanted to know how to translate Urdu into English when it's written in english-type text for some time.... and also I'm a nosy cow and wanted to know what was being said.
