    Ok, so I have been given the go-ahead from the folks upstairs to get the interviews going.

    This is how we are going to do them:

    Anybody that wants to be interviewed will have to put their own name forward below and I'll add the list of names to the OP.

    It'll be on a first come, first serve basis.

    I'll start a new thread for the first member that nominates themselves, and in that thread every member can ask as many questions as they like of the member. After 3/4 days, we'll lock the thread and the member can then answer as many questions as they like from all the questions they were asked.

    Once they've answered the questions, we can re-open their thread, post the answers and the commenting can commence. Smiley

    After a couple of weeks or so, we'll move onto the next member on the list and so on.


    I do have one request though, please try not to make too many posts in this thread so that all the people that are nominating themselves are visible and I won't have to go through 10 odd pages to find everyone that wants an interview. Thanks Smiley

    The only people who will nominate themselves are the ones no one wants to listen to. You need to have other people do the nominations.

    I suppose that could work. I just don't want anyone to be nominated that isn't comfortable with being interviewed like this.
    I guess if you want to nominate someone else, make sure they are comfortable with it first?

    I agree, I think the person in the hot-seat should either nominate until they find someone willing to accept, or defer to volunteers...
