What does the Arabic say ? and what does he say ?

The comments in Portuguese under the video seem to indicate that it is from a school in Brazil. I hope this video will prompt the Brazilian authorities to close this school immediately.

These You tube idiots are censoring that video for no good reason, why did they flag that video? that video should be open to all and a lesson to primary school teachers

You can be rest assured, this happens in thousands if not hundreds of thousands of Madrassas all over world. Including developed nations. My cousins were beaten a lot in Bangladesh. My younger brother was hit (but not to that bad of an extent in the video) here in our very England, enough for him to cry.

By the way, forget Madrassas or Messabs (teachers), the prevalence of parents beating their kids would drive you mad Paloma.
There isn't much love in mainstream Islam. And it shows with the way parents are happy to beat their children, unfortunately.
Whether this is Islam or that it is just an underdeveloped culture - I don't know. Either way - I think to support Islam is to support an underdeveloped culture.
