    He was first only put on restricted status because he was trolling, and then he was banned when he started to use abusive language as a response to his restricted status. He was given plenty of chances for a long time to stop trolling, he basically reached the end of his rope.

    He did say we could ban him. We have a policy: if an idiot starts saying things like "Go on, ban me then" we are happy to oblige.
