Can someone give me store names that I can buy condoms in Karachi, in North Nazimabad or Clifton/Defense?

Don't forget a marriage certificate. Just get hold of somebody's marriage certificate and copy it. Pakistani documents are very easy to forge. As a translator from Urdu to English, I have come across many documents, the forms were all handwritten. It was very obvious because they all looked different although the questions were standard.

Well, even in a committed relationship your spouse or life partner can cheat on you without your knowledge and bring an STD into your relationship. Unless you are absolutely 100% sure that your spouse or life partner is honest with you, I would suggest using a condom.
