bahhahahaha the over dramatic acting and that music is just a comic relief !!

gotta say though paki dramas have gotten very progressive these days. hell the woman was wearing half sleeves !!!

Pakistani drama's were always the best, and very well focused on solving the complex issues of society. bell: She is demanding her rights to get her marriage certificate filled with the right of divorce. This form is exactly the same for many decades. There is always a column for "Did the husband allotted the right to divorce to his wife, if yes, then at what restrictions". And this column always never get filled and get crossed out. The reason being the guy always always have upper hand in marriage in pk. If he walks out of the marriage, the girl is as good as dead. Because no one is going to marry her again.

what about the inheritance rights in a divorce ? can a woman get a portion of her ex husband's wealth after ?

heck no..
husband's responsibility is only for 3 months cost of living expenses for the wife, and thats about it..
