    bilkul sahi kaha hai shoaib saab, chalo itni tori boht tau samajh a rahi hai, baki bhi ajayegi koshish ke saat Smiley

    ز۱۰ آپ کی اردو اچھی ہے۔ یہ بہت بڑی بات ہے کہ انگلینڈ میں پیدائش کے باوجود آپ اتنی اچھی اردو بول لیتے ہیں۔

    Doubt it. There used to be a very nice online urdu editor on a website called hallagulla.com where one could type urdu phonetically online, then copy paste it elsewhere...

    but that site merged with urduworld.com and that editor has vanished :(

    اردو میں لکھنے کے لئے آپ کو اپنی ونڈو میں اردو زبان کو ڈالنا ہوگا۔ اس طرح آپ انٹرنیٹ پے کہی بھی اردو میں لکھ سکتے ہیں۔

    وستا میں زبان تبدیل کرنے کے لئے آپ کے پاس وستا التیمیت یا وستا انٹر پرائز ہونا چاہیے۔ اگر آپ کے پاس ان دونوں کے علاوہ کوئی اور ورژن ہے جیسے کہ وندو وستا ہوم پریمیم   تو آپ کو ونڈوزوستا کا اردو زبان والا فل ورژن خرید نا پڑے گا۔

    Pashto bhi kafi achi hai. Har doosra lafz (at least meri ami ji ke khandan/area meing) koi na koi (aksar mazhayia) gali hota hai.
    Lekin mein jo kehna chahta tha wo ye hai ke mein bhi urdu bol sakta hoon!

    Type ki hoi urdu parhan bohat irritating hein, lekin.

    Laikin mujhe lagta hai keh agar Yeezevee nay gaana shuru kar diya, tau Yeez mein aur Khalid Abbas Dar ki gulukaari mein koi khaas faraq nahin rahay ga!

    Considering they are still about a fifth of the worlds population, are desi's good at anything these days?

    in sport shooting, wrestling, cricket (india has been icc test rank 1 for around a year).
    does vishy anand count? world chess champ for the last 3 years?

    in academia we are pretty good at engineering and management[hbs dean is an iit mumbai grad + a lot more]. suck at basic science and math (compared to the chinese esp).

    industry hmmm, nothing world leading yet. still developing. the kind of IT/maufacturing desis do can be done by anyone.
