Earlier today it was reported that the police would require only one of the two kidnappers in custody for violence , rape and illegal detention. But police said that both have now been put in custody for four weeks after a preliminary hearing.
The two detainees are, the 40 -year-old ringleader, who presumably is the girl's ex-boyfriend and the driver of the car that was used for the abduction. Police have previously reported that there may also be a third offender.
The 40 -year-old accepted his detention when he was brought before a magistrate at the Court of Elsinore. The man who drove the car, was also jailed for four weeks. He is only accused of involvement in the abduction and appealed against his imprisonment on the spot , said North Zealand Police to Ritzau.
Kidnapped late last night
The girl , who is from Syria, was yesterday afternoon at 15:45 abducted near Frederiksvaerk Station, where she was out walking with her mother. Both live at asylum center Auderoedlejren in northern Zealand.
According to witnesses, the three men forced the woman into a Mazda 626 at the station.
This was followed by a several hour long drive before he finally, according to the Police, raped her in his room at his Asylum Centre. The car was repeatedly spotted by vigilant witnesses around on Zealand, but the Police only succeeded in finding the car at 10 o'clock last night , said Ritzau.
The 19 -year-old girl was found late last night in an apartment in the asylum center Kongelunden on Amager.

The 40 -year-old man has allegedly helped the 19 -year-old woman to Denmark as a refugee in April. In return for the help the man, according to the Police, demanded to marry the 19 -year-old - a claim she has rejected.
