    That is not true., It is simple logic., In good old families  from all religions "Father figures dominates in the family" and that rubs on to father side family, hence they act like little arrogant turds. It becomes worse in Islam.

    Not sure...I just googled it.

    I can relate to that, though maybe to a lesser extent. What's painful is that, traditionally, it's the son's wife who takes care of her mother-in-law when she's old and weak, never the daughter or the son. And from what I see around me, the m-i-l is very rarely grateful for it. It's like "I did you the honor of letting you marry my son, bitch, now pay me back"

    They are not specific to some cultures :S

    It's very important that we learn about each other's culture. Most importantly how we relieve ourselves on the toilet. Now whenever I see a Muslim in a burka or a topi I will think of these squat toilets. Isn't that nice? And ofcourse they are more hygienic. It's immoral to suggest otherwise. This is the way Muhammad shat and he is ofcourse the most hygienic human being that has ever lived.

    How could that not make perfect sense?

    Actually for those who follow Islam and its religious rituals  they should go back in time and use stones and bricks to clean up .. They don't need toilets., Big hole and a bucket stones and bricks.  Those standing public urinals used to have little bricks for Muslim males  to clean IT after peeing..

    i grew up in tokyo.  This was all i knew for many years lol.

    by the time i went to turkey, and saw they had them, too
    (although certainly not anywhere near as clean as the ones
    in Japan)  i just said, "oh, okay"  LOL
