    I have been using IE8 for some time now, but it is only within the last week or so that I have had this problem, so somebody must have done something and it aint me.

    my problem also seems to have occurred this week, didnt say anything at the beginning as I was hoping it would sort itself out

    Honestly I think we should revert all the changes. A few minor problems with avatars is nothing, but this is starting to interfere with key functionality now. I think the original situation was preferable. We now have two threads about this and I'm sure they are related since nothing else has been changed.

    Fixed the avatar resizing problem. Tested in Safari, Opera and Firefox.

    Meh. Not gonna play around with that. My recommended solution: Use Firefox, Opera, Chrome or Safari. Fuck IE.

    1/ Paloma: are you using compatibility mode or not?

    2/ Which theme are you using?

    3/ And before I go changing anything, is anyone else getting that problem with posts overlapping?

    OK it seerms it was off although I had put it on a while ago. I Put it back on and hopefully the problem is gone. It was not all posts that overlapped, perhaps it was only the ones with several lines sigs.

    Do I have to activate it every time I visit CEMB ?

    You should be able to set it so that it's always on for this site (or any other site for that matter). I'm sure it has site-specific memory.

    Yeah I remember the 1st time I put it on I got the reply that comptability setting was now on for CEMB, so maybe I was wrong and it was not off. I assumed it was, because there was no check mark against comptability settings. There is now and I have checked the specifics and CEMB is listed.

    Oh well, let´s see what the future brings.
