    Mazel tov Berbs!

    IMO, anthropology is awesome. I had a cultural anthropogy prof back in the states who is an ex-Muslim woman from Egypt. She had some interesting stories to tell, especially regarding her field work amongst the fellahin.

    Good luck with whichever path you decide to take.

    Thanks Nour, I'm going to the London Anthropology day on the 8th of July to get a real feel for it and take part in some of their workshops.  I'm also reading "an introduction to social anthroplogy" by Professor Joy Hendry.  Hopefully this will help firmly make up my mind.

    Seriously. First of all, there will be lots of mature students there, so its the norm. That is the norm in all universities. Also, you'll be studying with cool people hungry for experience of all ages. And there is nothing better than studying something that interests you with like minded people, the thrill of discovery and education, then going for a drink afterwards, hanging out and just living. You'll meet loads of new people. You will feel alive, it'll open up a new world for you!

    Billy (and Berbs) I'm planning on going back to uni next year myself to get that bachelors degreeive been putting off for the past 10 years so youre not alone. Better to be a mature student than be stuck in an unfulfilling career, IMO.
