Zakir Naik excluded from the UK

As you maybe aware of the recent Exclusion Order issued by the Home Secretary, Theresa May MP, against Dr Zakir Naik. This Order has stopped Dr Zakir Naik from being able to travel to the U.K to deliver his planned talk at the LG Arena, NEC, Birmingham on 27th June 2010.
In light of this Exclusion Order, it is with great regret that we inform you that the IDCI Dawah Event 2010 with Dr Zakir Naik has been postponed until further notice.

We are hoping to re-schedule the IDCI Dawah Event 2010 with Dr Zakir Naik subject to the successful outcome of the legal proceedings which are being undertaken to have the Exclusion Order lifted.
Once a re-scheduled date has been confirmed the website will be updated. Please check back soon.

I didn't know he had been excluded. If anyone hears of the outcome of his legal proceedings please post an update!
