A lot of moderate Muslims claim ISLAM as The Religion of peace.
They often partially quotes Qoran 5:32, but what about the entire verse below?
Of course, as presented in this verse, Islam forbids killing innocent people. But to avoid confusion, one must analyse Qoran verses globally. It is crucial here to precisely define what is meant by innocent. As known, Qoran legitimates the « eye for an eye » law in case of murder or corruption. For example, if 10 innocents were previously killed in their lands, the 10 so called ‘innocents’ killed as ‘payback’ in the aggressor's lands wouldn't be considered as being so anymore. I
Indeed, a lot of people ignore the core dogma of Islam and unfortunately fellows brought to be muslims by culture are a huge part of it.
In fact, moderate muslims, political authorities and the medias call suicide bombers or ISIS fighters terrorists and that they pervert the message of Islam but that’s not the case.
They are the one on the contrary who follow correctly their religion and have a very good knowledge of their text.
On one hand, Great Powers (political authorities) have no interest on recognising the fact that Islam is not compatible with western vision because they would leave no choice for the people who call themselves muslims but either to be «with or against us» . They would then be in direct situation of conflict with those so-called moderate muslims and loose all profit resulting from the relationships that they entertain :
Immigration, Workforce, Geopolitics Influence, Brain draining, Oil, and Natural resources.
On the other hand, ‘Moderate’ muslims struggle to have a stance between Western values and Islamic values. The aim being to ensure material comfort and safety, even by selling some of their religion but of course not all of it … they would then be busted.
Oddly, there is something that these muslims apologists will never tell you.
A lot of verses in the Qoran induce muslims to fight infidels until they convert to Islam or pay taxes ( Jizya ). That’s the main goal of ISIS, spreading Islam all around the world.

For the lazy ones (^^), there are some quotes that could lead you to the conclusion that I’ll make further. When muslims apologists are confronted to verses in the Qoran, they enjoy using a word: interpretation. You know, the kind of interpretation that turns a white wall to a black one.
Conclusion:
Of course, you could find some verses of peace in the Qoran, but then to go pretend that Islam is a religion of Peace, is quite intellectually dishonest. At least, you could admit that Islam is definitely a religion of War.
