wait..wait my friend...... you can not escape by grinning., laughing and heckling.,    Yes I am seeing the bolder parts .. what about it?  No contradiction.,  let me underline another statement for  you..

Faith and faith heads with power have done NOTHING GOOD ON THIS EARTH and nothing good to humanity.,  It is true some individuals with faith in their head did some good to uplift the society

You seem not to know what Europe was.. and what faith did to Europe and many other nations and cultures during medieval times and middle ages all the way to 2nd world war.. ... let us say... start with a silly book on a silly called Ivan the Terrible

One thing I can say on Islam and Christianity.,   Both Muhammad & Christ being stories.. nothing but stories (may be around a person/persons) created by faith heads and power hungry kings/Caliphs.,  I can say this..

If some one follows Christ(/stories of Christ) foot steps ... You will be a good guy and may be you may loose life., Where as the story of Muhammad specially in the last 13 years of his life  after the death his alleged first wife Khadija is essentially criminal ., so in this case,   If some one follows Muhammad (/stories of Muhammad) foot steps  you will be a criminal ., here also either you kill  some one or get killed by some one because of faith..

So I can say this., If Christians following their do criminal acts it is in-spite of Christ and if Muslims following their faith  do criminal acts because their prophet..

again I am stressing the words   "following their faith  doing criminal acts"  So no laughing and no grinning

You clearly misunderstood the part of my post about contradiction. Sometimes writing can't simply express what you are saying.

Okay, you were saying that Islam right from the start because unlike other faiths, it did not allow any one (Muslims & non Muslims) to question its cock & bull stories for political reasons.
I absolutely agree with you on this, I couldn't putting better than you.

And after that, you say the main reason for the bad state in which Islamic world is today, is West/Russia and some rascals(rascals which BTW you can find them anywhere in the world...), as if Islamic world was not a bad place to leave in everything: human rights, democracy, women rights, etc... before West/Russia got involved there..

I mean, the place was bad there and it is bad now. I agree that whenever West got involved there, it made it worse, but there are Islamic countries were West did not involved in and it is as bad as well. This mantra to blame West is so convenient for Islam apologists, but I really don't understand why you are signing this when you are clearly well aware of the differences between Islam and other religions as you pointed them out.

What is with this assumption(based on nothing) about my European medieval history knowledge and what on earth is that have to do with this discussion really?

    where did nbhb  go??
    Well done ... yeeze   grin12

      ....  Afro

let me add some more so we understand  it is not just Islam stupid .. but faith.. faith is stupid..

A casual reading from ibtimes.co.uk  today says

    Quote
Demand For Exorcisms at Critical Level Due to Increase in 'Demonic Activity'

Catholic experts say the need for exorcisms is on the rise, due to curiosity and participation in Ouija boards and seances.

At the annual conference of the International Association of Exorcists during October, 300 of its members converged on Rome to examine the reported rise in Satanism and the occult.

The Roman Catholic organisation was founded in 1990 by six priests including the celebrated exorcists of Rome, Father Gabriele Amorth and Father Jeremy Davies. Its statutes were approved by the Roman Catholic Church on June 13, 2014.

Speaking to Vatican Radio, Dr Valter Cascioli, a psychiatrist and spokesman for the International Association of Exorcists, warned of "an extraordinary increase in demonic activity."

He added that "the number of people who are turning to these practices, which are damaging psychologically, spiritually and morally, is constantly growing.

"The battle against evil and the devil increasingly is becoming an emergency."

Father Taraborelli is a trained exorcist for the Rome diocese performs up to 100 exorcisms some weeks. He believes that Hollywood films give exorcists a bad reputation. "You often see the exorcist portrayed looking as evil as the possessed," he told the Daily Beast.

At the exorcists' convention, Father Aldo Buonaiuto blamed the celebration of Halloween for a spike in demonic possessions in October.

Pope Francis is known for his approval of exorcists, praising them for "helping those who suffer because of the work of the devil".

According to the official Catholic Church book of rites, the priest performing the exorcism must first go to confession. Then the possessed person kneels before him as the priest sprinkles holy water on both himself and the afflicted. The priest then says prayers and a special incantation: "I cast you out, unclean spirit, along with every Satanic power of the enemy, every spectre from hell, and all your fell companions..."

The rite of exorcism is criticised by some mental health specialists as dangerous as they are not getting proper psychological care. However, Dr. Stephen Diamond argues the case for the casting out of demons,

"For some bedeviled individuals, the traditional ritual of exorcism or myth of 'demonic possession' serves to make more sense of their suffering than the scientific, secular, biochemical explanations and cognitive-behavioral theories proffered these days by mainstream psychiatry and psychology," he wrote in Psychology Today.

that is the news and that has this picture

it says   "A French priest allegedly raped three women during an exorcism"

So nbhb make more such faith heads in the so-called west, and curtail te freedom of expression using selected rulers/priests/faith healers., kill some open minded people  who question nonsense faiths.,  down the road in 20 years  we will find the so called western nations in worse state than what we are seeing now in so-called Islamic world..

well that is NOT new to me nbhb., I misunderstand many people and many intelligent well educated readers   misunderstand  what I write ., That is OK and that is exactly the reason we write in forums like this one..

Here are two others, Egypt and Indonesia. where secularism is raising.

The number of Egyptians who support laws strictly following the Quran declines from 62 to 48, while those who say laws should not be influenced by the Quran increases from 5% to 16%.

Well these are statistics about what people opinions are, which is good of course. Egyptian government especially doesn't seems too concerned about this. There are countries in which things are getting better, but you have to admit that for each one of this countries there are two in which things are getting worse.

As for Saudi Arabia, it can hardly get worse.

But I piss on all of them, as I do not believe in any god or whatever. That doesn't make me not to say which is the worse of them.

You don't think my answer is perfect?
The dice was cast. The Quran is the divine book, "the true word of god", stupid hadiths are written, and wonderful concept of Jihad is in the holy book. What on earth do you think can be done? Realistically speaking?

Well that is good enough ,. Tiny hope with tiny people is the way to go start with nbhb,. After all stories of religion started with single person.. That too an imaginary charActer .. Where as here we are talking real people,

So keep hope alive and help to keep hope alive..

The Egyptian government does care, it jails those who it deems as heritics and those who leave Islam. There's probably a bigger crackdown on heretics and exmuslims now than there ever was since Napoleons troops set their feet on Egypt. The Egyptian state promotes Sharia through its education system and State Church (Mosque). The newly appointed justice minister himself support cutting hand of the thief and beheading for apostasy.

Saudi Arabia may actually have more people who've left Islam than anywhere else in the arab world and maybe the world, except for a  few countries.

Yeah but in Pakistan it is pretty bad. You don't want nepotism within the police force, politics, military and intelligence services.

Well they did overthrow monarchy. So it can work.

    No they did not.
    They replaced one with another.
It was a coalition of many groups who had strict understandings about power sharing, and when the Shah was overthrown due to this collective effort/pressure, the mullahs reneged on their agreements and marginalized all other groups, some of who survived and are still fringe resistance groups today.
So the people protested one oppressive regime and got another.  Look at the mullahs today. Rich and holding onto that wealth. Marrying into each other, solidifying their elite class. They are the royalty in Iran.

Don't let Hitler have the street.
