Simon Cottee wrote an article for Vice on ex-Muslims last year:

Thanks guys.  I love you all, truly.  hugs

Your story has been important to everyone here. And you are most definitely not irrelevant. This place wouldn't be here without you and that's important. Everything that comes out from here has been because of you. You're a part of something bigger that goes way beyond yourself. You don't need to be central to it for you to matter. You made a difference to the world, and that matters more.

Simon didn't want to concentrate on the more violent stories, he had other goals. I was very surprised that your story didn't play a bigger part, and I wished he'd been clearer to us from the onset. However he has a point that he personally wanted to get across, and I think he achieved that pretty well.

But please don't think that your story, and more importantly your help with creating this place isn't important. You've achieved a lot more than you'll probably ever realise. And you've impacted so many lives, including my own.

Plus I am tired of my life being so shocking to people that it might not be real.  It was real.  I still carry it all inside me.  I know it was real.  The whole may be.......it gets to me, and it shames me on some level.

I can see very easily how this would get to you, but don't let it shame you, even for an instant.

I'd echo all the nice things others have said about you, but no-one has yet mentioned your peerless legs.  This is a serious omission.
