This video says there is a hadith that mentions acid rain, but when I try and look for this it is no where to be found, any one know anymore about this?

Awesome! If it's raining acid, it's party time!

Rain will be acidic or burning - reference to acid rain. [at-Tabarani, al-Hakim]

Never heard it. I'd ask an Arabic speaker look it up if it is really found in the collections (there are reliable database collections found online). And what is its grading?

Typical - acid rain was a concern of the 1980's!  It is a minor issue compared with global warming.  I suppose xians will be wearing those wide shoulder styles next.

What is it about religios?  Are they all stuck in timewarps?

I saw that, but there is no context, it always says "mentioned" there is no.....real source...in my opinion. Also, lets talk about the rest of that video as well.

what do you guys/gals think about the hairstyle part? lol Huh?

    وأن يكون المطر قيظا

Is there any word in that phrase that can be translated as acid?
From what I can work out, even though I'm not an arabic speaker, is that it says the rain would be burning or have heat.
Before anyone can think about it for too long, quickly mention acid rain, and everyone will shit themselves with how the prediction has come true and we're all going to die in a few days.

So then everyone is thinking of acid rain as if it is some kind of sulfuric acid dropping from the skies and burning people's skin. But it truth, acid rain has less acidic content than vinegar, and unless you have a serious skin condition, even vinegar isn't going to cause burning or feel hot on your skin. Acid rain seems to mainly cause damage to the bricks of old buildings and over a long period of time.

I think it could just be another crazy end of days prediction like the "mountains are going to float away" i.e. fire is going to rain down on people instead of water. But that doesn't seem to be happening anytime soon so how do you make this crap relevant? Acid. If only they took some instead.
