    Thank you so much to everyone who joined us for our 5th birthday yesterday in London. Fantastic food, fabulous people and the speakers and acts, well, they were just superb. Inspiring and stirring words from AC Grayling, Gita Sahgal, Lawrence Krauss, Lloyd Newson and Maryam Namazie, comedy from the brilliant Kate Smurthwaite, mind-boggling magic courtesy of Neil Edwards and some beautiful performances in poetry, music and dance from Lilith, Shelley Segal and Maryam Freeflower. A big thanks too to our impeccable MC for the day, Fariborz Pooya, to all the staff at the Grappolo London, to all the volunteers that helped make the day such a resounding success and to everyone around the world who couldn't make it on the day but sent their messages of solidarity. It's back to work now! If you'd like to help in our struggle for fundamental freedoms and equalities please do get in touch to find out how; your ongoing support means the world to us and to those we fight for everyday.     It was a brilliant day! Much thanks to all those who were involved in organizing and running it smoothly. Great performers and speakers. Was really nice meeting new people (and the ones I've seen before), had lots of interesting conversations with various people.

    The event was absolutely delightful! The speakers were amazing and the audience were very engaged.  Loved seeing some old faces and meeting many new ones! Cheesy

    I got to talk to Lawrence Krauss for like 10seconds Tongue

    I was sitting on the same table as L. Krauss and A C Grayling  dance

    Krauss was like 'ohh where are you studying' etc after one of the guys sitting closer to him was like 'we got another physicist over here'

    I think I saw you. I knew you would be after Krauss and I saw a girl who took some pictures with Krauss and she hugged him when he was leaving. I assumed it was you, but since i wasn't sure , I didn't bother going up to her ._.

    You were lucky D: I talked to him for about a minute and he signed my book. I wasn't sitting on that table Cry. He also asked me where I was studying. Also talked to him on facebook afterwards Tongue.
