I'll tell you why I hate Jerry. I hate Jerry because Jerry symbolises the entire TV CARTOON INDUSTRY AND THEIR HATRED FOR CATS!!!!

Okay, so basically, Tom & Jerry is DESIGNED to make you hate Tom and sympathise with Jerry for no good reason! Here's Tom, a CAT (carnivorous creatures), trying to fulfill his natural inclination to eat Jerry (which in real life everybody would support cuz mice are gross and hello, Jerry isn't allowed to inhabit someone else's house). Anyway, here's Tom, and then here's Jerry, a disgusting little mouse with his ugh tail, and then they make him CUTE.
Tom is the bad person there, he should be punished, he is violating the free will of Jerry, why can't they be friends, Tom does not want to kill Jerry because he is Hungry, he simply does it cuz he is racist and hates mice, Tom gets fed by the host of the house and still wants to eat Jerry, they can adjourn together but Tom is too arrogant.
Now I have SEEN mice and they are NOT CUTE. They are ugly disgusting rodents and I hate them.

Okay, then secondly, JERRY ALWAYS WINS! It's not realistic! It's just unfair and makes Tom come across as dumb when he isn't!!

Thirdly, Tom is always blamed even though if you THINK about it:
a) Jerry is living in TOM'S HOUSE
b) The owner of the house would probably appreciate it if Tom ate Jerry and
c) Jerry often taunts Tom just cuz Jerry is bored or something
False, mice live in houses, and that is Jerry's house, he deserves to live there.
Same thing happens with Tweety Bird and Sylvester. Tweety's worse, actually, cuz Tweety is in a cage at no personal risk to himself when he taunts Sylvester. What a coward.
I don't like the Tweety Cartoon anyways but there are some episodes when Tom wins
