    No but srsly, I like Islam. :/ Plus my parents are Muslim. I like my parents too (I know that sounds dumb, but I can't help that I admire them more than poets admire the moon -- which they do WAY too much, it's just a freaking ball in the sky!).

    I'll satisfy your curiosity if you satisfy mine: What's a hypno-toad and why is it your avatar?

    And his problems, I believe, revolved around the concepts of:

    a) Hell
    b) The purpose of life
    c) The inerrancy of the Qur'an (and probably related topics, e.g. the moral system it advocates)

    I think they were partially caused by his interest in Philosophy too.

    I wanted to ask him very in depth about it, but if I ask too many questions my mum gives me a disapproving look and my sister tells me to shut up.  lipsrsealed I could call him and ask though, if you want?

    Anyway they were resolved by his reading the Qur'an, reading more philosophy books (he's read a lot, Kant and stuff), and probably studying the life of Muhammad. He has a lot of books in his house. Stuff about Islam, stuff by Euphythro or whatever that dude's name was, etc. So I'm guessing it was mostly by his growing as a person.
