It does keep hunger in control, and body does not go in starvation mode. And yes, I still have plenty of fat left, which I might plan to loose in next round.
Would you like to explain how it keeps the body from triggering the
starvation response and saving all the fat in the body and eating up lean muscle? It kind of contradicts with what we see in the picture. Most of your "weight loss" is actually due to muscle loss rather than fat loss, you still have most of that fat, and the only reason for that is your body went into starvation mode which means it starts to use up muscle tissue for energy rather than just the fat. If you were to strip of all the fat from your body at the moment you'd look something like this
I also hope that you wish to sustain this diet forever because as soon as you stop, you'll start gaining weight again.
If your only claim is that it kept you from feeling hungry, that's just a placebo effect, nothing more...unless you prove otherwise.
