    Every once in a while I'll have problems viewing a member's avatar. It will display briefly as the page is loading, but once the page is fully loaded, it does not display.

    At the moment it's doing this with ateapotist's avatar.

    I have the same issue with ateapotist. Thought it was just me seeing things!
    Haven't noticed it happen with anyone else's avatar yet though.

    I can't right click on them to tell, but I don't have a problem with most avatars that are linking to external images.

    I uploaded a picture of the right size to my www.imgur.com account and set the hyperlink to the picture here in my profile settings.  So I don't know what's going on. Huh?

    And yes, I also have problems with some people's avatars sometimes.

    Im ok with Ateapotist.  You might want to test it by using another browser if you have one, perhaps Internet Explorer  dance

    just tried using IE, and it allowed me to see the avatars but then everything got elongated..

    Here's something. The image info on Apa's av says this: 0px × 0px (scaled to 125px × 150px)

    In other words, imgur has somehow included an image size of 0 x 0  and of course our software only resizes images if they are over the 125x150 limit. Consequently the image is displaying exactly as imgur specifiy it: 0px by 0px.

    The reason this is not happening on IE is most likely because, as usual, IE is to stupid to adhere to web standards.

    Bottom line: use a different image host.
